Friendly hotel staff, especially Mr.A. Nice and spacious room and decoration. Sky bar is great. I was here for 3 nights. Had a great experience. Will come again next time. The location is strategic. Convenient for business travelers. keep up the good job.

Always great to come back to Hotel Muse! Great location (close to Siam Square and Lumpini Park), beautiful rooms and a great rooftop terrase and bar! And a big thank you to Top and the team for the great Welcome! As always, we feeled very welcome and had a great time!

A little too dark for my taste

The front desk staff are lacking in personality, but the room is nice and clean, although it is dated and dark. The bed is uncomfortable, making noise when I sat or moved at night. The front manager was really nice and understanding when I had to check out early (I had booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 2 nights). Overall, I am not a big fan of the dark gothic hotel style. I had a 5-night stay from business partners, but I felt really uncomfortable spending time there. There is nothing wrong in general, but it's not the kind of place you would want to stay for more than 1-2 nights. It gives you a miserable feeling, very dark. P.S. The elevator is so dark that it makes me feel like I'm in the Tower of Terror at Disneyland, everything looks like the "Addams Family" theme. If you are a big fan of gothic or haunted mansion styles, you may like it. A big thank you to: - The Housekeeping team (neat and clean) - The front manager (who took care of me and was understanding about my early check-out)

A value for money 5 star boutique hotel with spacious rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff such as Bank, Olaf, Talay,Pakky, Aum and all. We enjoyed our trip and unforgettable hospitality. Only issue was no Halal meat or chicken.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This hotel is very nice and staffs is very friendly. The front staff is very humble, her is Poomii. The atmosphere of this hotel is very classy and not too much crowded, I really love this place!!! Thank you for the service and I hope that I will come back here again.
